  3. 青蔥3根(切段）
  4. 大蒜3瓣（切片）
  5. 辣椒1根（切片）
  6. 調味料
  7. 醬油1.5-2T
  8. 清水少許
  9. 醃料
  10. 醬油1T
  11. 米酒1T
  12. 香油1t
  13. 胡椒粉少許
  14. 太白粉1t

步驟
